My responsiblities and missions
My first project at Ubisoft was Ghost Recon: Breakpoint that I joined back in August 2018 as a Junior Technical Level Designer during production. I left the project in August 2019 for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The project shipped in July 2019.
My initial mission on GRB was to develop a scripting tool that the designers could use to specifically call animations, voice lines, props and AI behaviors for missions or random events that appear in the world.
I became confirmed as I started to work more on AIs and animation rather than level design, helping developping new AI archetypes like the T800 from the Terminator saga or helping animators implementing new animations and behaviors on the AIs (cover behaviors, traversals, reactions to threat, etc.)
I helped developping the engine as well, extending its features to better fit the needs of the team for the post-launch content and creating safety nets through automatic validation scripts.
